WILL YOU RE-TOUCH (PHOTOSHOP) HOW I LOOK?
It depends!
My goal as a photographer is to make sure you look your best in your pictures, to capture your natural beauty. So if there is something you want me to retouch (scar, pimples,..) because you don't feel comfortable with that. I can do a minimal retouch about that. However, i do not retouch or alter my client’s appearance.
CAN WE PICK WHAT IMAGES GO ON YOUR WEBSITE?
No. Only the files i chose could be shared online on my social media and portfolio. Please note that as a photographer , part of my job is to choose and put my best work on my website this includes images that represent my style and artistic vision.
HOW + WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE FILES?
After the full payment, the original (unedited) pictures will be shown in 2-3 days for you to choose (this does not include weddings, birthdays, any type of events or commercial work). After the full payment and the selection, all selected and edited pictures will be delivered in 2 weeks depending of the session or the contract. For weddings, the pictures will be delivered between 4-8 weeks. While for other events (birthdays, bridal or baby shower, etc) the pictures will be delivered between 3-4 weeks depending of the contract. For commercial work , the pictures will be delivered in 3 weeks or more depending of the contract. All pictures will be delivered via Wetransfer or Pixieset on your e-mail. Please note that after 7 days the link will be expired , so don't forget to download quickly your pictures.
CAN I HAVE THE UNEDITED VERSIONS OR RAW FILES?
No I don't give raw files or unedited versions!
Photography is a subjective art form representing the photographer's style, unique vision and technique. As a photographer, one of my goals is to make sure to provide you the best experience possible, the best images while capturing your best moments. Deliver raw/unedited images means deliver unfinished, half-finished work and not an accurate representation of my work .
WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
The purpose of the deposit is to lock in your date & time. if you cancel last minute, i most likely would have been able to book someone else during that period. i do not write anything down in my calendar until the deposit has been paid, making your desired time slot up for grabs. Nothing is booked until the deposit has been paid.
WHEN DO I PAY THE REMAINDER? CAN I PAY ALL UPFRONT?
The remainder of your session is due before the session , the photoshoot . No images will be delivered until final payment is made.
The configuration of my booking system is done in two stages: deposit + final payment.
WHAT IF I CHOOSE/WANT MORE PICTURES THAN WHAT THE PACKAGE OFFERS?
Additional pictures are starting at 10$ per picture.
DO YOU OFFER MINI SESSIONS?
Please note that due the nature of our work, wedding seasons and couple sessions are prioritized in our services. Therefore, mini sessions will be available only occasionally during special holidays such as (Christmas, valentine day's or fall minis).
DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEES?
Please note that sessions that require a trip of 1 hour drive or more and /or sessions outside of Montreal agglomeration and/or other cities in Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, ...) and/or international travel, applicable travel costs of $ 0.75 / km will be calculated based on the distance.
WHAT IF I DON'T WANT MY IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE, PORTFOLIO, SOCIAL MEDIA, ETC?
Please notify me and let me know the reason before booking by email. Please note to keep your photos completely offline. There will be a non-usage fee/a loss of opportunity fee of 20% of the total amount due for photography coverage, to be paid prior to the event !
Please note that all images that the photographer produces including galleries or portfolio is a very important aspect to develop / manage his business and attract customers, it is his livelihood. Without images on his portfolio, there is no possibility of seeing the work of the photographer and even appreciating his artistic style / vision.
